Laguna Seca Questions & Answers
Q&A – No Limits Laguna Seca
8-10th November 2027
- Do I need to empty my fuel tank?
The fuel tank should be drained as much as possible please, no more than ¼ tank remaining. This is the same for return journeys. - Should I wrap my bike?
Cotton blankets or a ‘decorators sheet’ is recommended and clear wrapping around the bike leaving the top area free for air circulation. The chassis number may be inspected therefore access should be available to customs. Silicone gel bags will be used by the transport company to limit condensation as much as possible.
Customers are required to use their own straps and wrap. - How is my bike being transported and how long will it take?
Bike loading will be scheduled for 8-10 weeks prior to the event (date tbc). This is to ensure the bikes arrive on time allowing for customs delays. Loading from Swindon will be included in the price, local collection will also be available at Mallory Park for an additional cost. This is pre-bookable, please request this via the office and is subject to availability.
The return journey should take no longer than 5-6 weeks, return date to be confirmed but expected @ early/mid January.
- When can I make amendments to the accommodation for my trip?
Final amendments must be made by 8th August 2027 (Any amendments to accommodation after this date will be charged at full price). For additional amendments to the trip itself please see terms and conditions below. - What are the terms and conditions?

Customers can use any insurance company as long as they are covered for private track use, non timed, non competitive in the USA. Your insurance must also include PA cover of $3000 minimum accidental death and bereavement.
Insurance can be purchased from:
- AssuretonSport - This company does offer cover for trackdays in the USA. We have spoken to them in detail and it is personal choice as depends on the cover you would like. If you would like to investigate this yourself please go to assuretonsport.com. You can ask for a quote under speed motorcycle or speed superbike. You must choose the Formula 2 option for USA. Coverage is detailed on their website under 'our formula's'. Any questions they have been extremely helpful, please email them on contact@assuretonsport.com.
- Private bank medical insurance - please check if you have insurance via your bank. It may cover you but please note it must state private track use (non timed, non competitive) for the USA including repatriation on the amounts detailed above.
- Existing provider - if you have medical cover already e.g. 4counties etc they may extend your cover to the USA. Unfortunately they are not currently selling new policies though so you must have an existing policy with them.
- Adventures (PJ Hayman) - they offer cover for you however following feedback this can be expensive. Unfortunately they will not give us an amount as this is on an individual basis but if you wish to contact them please do so on contact@adventurescover.co.uk/ tel 02392 419093.
No additional insurance is required for the transportation of your bikes as this is included in your price by No Limits.
