100% Suspension is owned and run by Colin Leeder who began racing in 1990 on a GSXR 750 and latterly on a 929 Fireblade in 2000.

It was whilst racing these relatively under-powered but sweet handling bikes that Colin learned the importance of good suspension. In 2003, his last year of racing, he began to pass on his knowledge to help fellow competitors get more out of their bikes. Hence 100% suspension was born.

Realising the benefit these riders experienced, Harris and Ohlins were approached for technical and product support; and 100% Suspension began it's now 4 year life helping and advising the trackday rider, club and national racer on all aspects of suspension set up.

2007 saw an exciting development in a close working relationship with K Tech suspension. 100% Suspension are pleased to be able to offer their range of suspension products.

Offer a complete set-up service on 1-1 hire basis, either at trackdays or specified race meetings

Trackday event hire costs £40 and is for an 'all day; set up. Your machine will be measured at the beginning of the day and a base setting will be applied. This includes static sags and damping adjustment. A comprehensive explanation will be given so the rider can try to understand what difference they should feel. The rider is then free to ride the bike and report back what they exoerience. Should you the rider feel this is something you may not be able to do, there are key questions that Colin will ask you which should identify any characteristics in the suspension set up that you don't like. You don't need to be able to know about suspension in order to get the best from this service.

The base set up, allbeit track derived, in most cases will work very wel on the road. Should this not be the case you can contact Colin again to sort out any problems.
